I have ordered a couple Christmas tree ornaments from Macustom in the past and was not displeased in the least with the item. However, the boxes they came in were damaged and unusable for later storage. Most recently, I purchased a readers pillow that absolutely did not meet my expectation, BUT after filing a grievance, I was directed to a web page explaining the difference between actual 3D and 3D-shadowing affect which made complete sense and was quite helpful. I would, however, have returned the pillow had it not been a gift from my 3-year-old grandbaby who was excited for me to have it, and honestly I'm quite enjoying it now that I've done some minimal reconstruction to the pillow, myself. To the Macustom Team, rather than be just someone who complains, I'd like to offer a simple solution. The pillow was overstuffed causing the letter to fold into itself. Fortunately, there was a side zipper and I was able to remove a portion of the stuffing, making the pillow more appealing and comfortable to use. I would recommend, if funds are available, that you try stuffing with memory foam cubes and keep the zipper for easy laundering. All-in-all my experience with this company has been pleasant with outstanding staff associates. In fact, I have ordered yet another tree ornament that I wish I had seen for 2025, but it will make my daughter literally jump and squeak when she sees it. Looking forward to its arrival but hoping it doesn't take months to arrive as the pillow did.

Absolute scam! Product was nothing like the advertised photo. It was a cheap photocopy pasted onto a lucite piece. I am completely dissatisfied and would recommend you do not purchase anything from this company. For the price I was expecting a 3D ornament in time for Christmas. What I got was a pile of sh*t that is basically worthless and it showed up finally the first week of January! Be warned.

The item arrived cracked in half. Was poorly packaged to protect the thin plastic Ic it is made out of. This is nothing compared to the image that was advertised. The image advertised was that of a statue type with flat baes to make it a stand alone item. It also looks like it’s made out of glass or clear plastics and this is not. If you want to place this on a counter or dresser you would need a stand. This is more of a wall mount type decoration.

This was a scam. What they show on the website is not what you get when you receive your order. Website shows it is round and has movement with the couple but what you get is a flat acrylic plastic with scene pasted on.
