This company shows you a mug that is definitely 3D but then says what you're going to get is a 2D wrap on the mug but it will look 3D. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the added note they had before I ordered the mug but when I got the mug, it does NOT look 3D and in fact, was a pretty bad wrap job of the picture. It is definitely not worth the amount they charge for the mug and the expensive shipping fees you have to pay. Very misleading advertisement and would suggest you do not buy from this company at all. Very disappointed in product quality and it's not anything like they advertised.

Misleading advertisement on the website. The item you receive looks nothing like the pic online.

I ordered the Harry Potter themed ornament with the stack of books in the background. I saw a few other reviews and agree that the ornament in the advertisement seems to be more three dimentional than the finished product. I thought it was cute, but was a little disappointed.

The ornament I purchased arrived over three weeks late and looks nothing like the photos. The listing shows a detailed, dimensional figure/model, but what I received was just a flat picture sealed in acrylic that was extremely OVER PRICED! To make it worse, their return policy is a joke... since it arrived after 30 days, I can’t return an item that was both late and misrepresented. Extremely misleading and deceptive. I will never purchase from this company again.

I had to ask for tracking # and it took forever to come and the color wasn't correct!!! You said you made these yourself yet it came from China...false advertising!!!

Turned out to be great personal Christmas Presents. Something unique that nobody else has.

You are ripping off people. Your image shows a 3D stuffed animal. What I got was a screen printed pillow. No misunderstanding on my part. You show one object and send something completely different resulting in me getting ripped off! Based on the other reviews you seem to be well know for this type of scam. You should be put out of business. I paid $87 for what I thought was a 3D stuffed animal of Mickey & Minnie. If I had know there is no way I would have paid that for a screen printed pillow. Don`t bother sending a reply, I don`t need any more of your lies.

The ornament received was not as pictured. It was pictured as a 3d Jeep just like a toy Jeep but what was received was a 2d flat plastic ornament. For the price and time to receive this which was about 3 weeks, it is definitely not worth it and I was pretty disappointed in the product and shipping time.
