BEWARE… crooks
Spent over $800 for severely poor quality materials. Afraid it may not even hold up thru daughter’s wedding. 😭. They refuse returns because bought thru a bridal shop. So devastating. Will have to buy another for wedding and lose $800. Criminal.

Bridal shops that carry our brand take full ownership of purchases and have their own policies. We are unable to intervene because it is not a store we own, and we do not have access to any orders or purchases at any of our external retailers. To start the dress is beautiful
To start the dress is beautiful, however, this dress runs very small. I am usually a size 6, I wear a size 34DD and size 2 jeans. This dress BARELY zippered on me. You cannot exchange the dress for a bigger size, not even return just exchange. When I bought this dress it was on SALE, when it came and I tried it on I went to attempt to exchange and it was automatically marked down as a FINAL SALE. All in all, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their customer service has to be the worst one I have ever dealt with. This was supposed to be my Bridal Shower dress. Never again.

Awful and rude and bad
Awful and rude and bad customer service. They won't even exchange the size claiming it's a final sale but when I bought it wasn't listed as a final sale . It's a scam. Stay away. Never again.

Return is a nightmare
Return is a nightmare. Two months with emails going back and forth, still didn’t receive my $800. Horrible company, never again.

Absolutely scam and theft
Absolutely scam and theft. I ordered 4 dresses that was never mentioned in the web that I can’t return them… to find out that they are ineligible for return…… this is ridiculous. Poor and fooling customer service. I’m beyond disappointed …

Absolutely stunning dress that arrived…
Absolutely stunning dress that arrived literally 2 hours before the event! The express shipment company did not express ship the dress in the promised time frame. The lady I spoke with at Mac Duggal was so helpful and contacted me back with a status. With fingers crossed the dress arrived and she has already credited my account with the shipping costs. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Horrible return issue
Horrible return issue, over a month after processing my return on their website and bringing the boxed item directly to FedEx 4 days after receipt and no credit to my account, reached out to customer service after 2 weeks and they assured me they would expedite my credit, its a month now and no credit, they have nerve even charging a fee to returnfor a designer website, this is unacceptable.

More compliments than any gown ever!
Wow to the reviews! I purchased a rust colored sequin and gemstone gown for my daughters wedding. Everyone, everywhere came up to me and said I looked beautiful! Even during the ceremony my 3 yr old grandson screamed out that I looked beautiful! I picked the right gown. I did leave a trail of sequins in a few places, but it didn’t bother me. It was like leaving fairy dust. Lol
