I cannot thank Maira in customer service enough for saving the day just two days before my son’s wedding. My tailor completely ruined my original dress that I was supposed to wear as the Mother of the Groom, and I was in a total bind. I contacted Mac Duggal’s customer service because there was a dress I wanted to order but only 2 day service was available and it was not guaranteed until Monday. Maira was incredibly empathetic and managed to get a special exception to ship the dress overnight directly to my hotel. Thanks to Maira’s quick action, the dress arrived right on time for the wedding. Her outstanding service turned a highly stressful situation into a great experience, and I am so grateful for her help!

From my initial inquiries, to ordering, to shipping, to returning the service has been outstanding.

My delivery arrived in a damaged box. Even the plastic protecting the $700 dress was ripped. I contacted Mac Duggal and they responded appropriately! I received a return label, took it to Fed Ex and sent it back. Mac Duggal promptly sent me a new, undamaged dress. I did pay for free returns.

Customer service by email was totally ineffective. Once I was able to chat with a live person everything worked as it should. Seamless exchange and also updates to my SHOP. Highly recommend purchasing Mother of Bride from this company.

I purchased my dress for a destination wedding I was going to. I tried the dress on and it fit perfectly, except it needed to be hemmed. I took the dress to the tailor to be hemmed closer to the time when I would need it, when the seamstress pointed out a hole in the dress. What!? I was over my 30 days to return, but called and explained my situation to customer service. I stated that I just needed to exchange the dress since the one I had, had a hole in it. Mind you, by the time I found this dress I must have ordered 10 different dresses looking for the right one! The customer service associate that assisted me was totally understanding and made a way for me to get the dress exchanged. There were only 2 left in the size I needed. She was on it! She pulled one for me so it could be sent to me while I was sending the damaged one back to Mac Duggal. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, but God Bless her, she was so helpful and understanding to my situation. I have my dress, it fits perfect now that I have the hem done. I'm so pleased with Mac Duggal's customer service and will always shop with them for my formal attire needs. You should too!

Beautiful dress and exceptional customer service when I needed to exchange for a smaller size. The only thing that has me perplexed is the box they used to ship this beautiful dress to me. It was a 18"x13" brown box that they had to smash the dress in to get it to fit. I think their marketing team can come up with a better presentation. It took away from the whole experience.

I paid over $700 for a dress, when it arrived the stitching was all ripped.

I returned my dresses purely because they didn’t suit me. They were a beautiful design, fit and quality. I was shocked at the initial payment returned to me which was A LOT lower. I hadn’t realised they were international. One dress hadn’t come up as returned either which it was. However I have to give credit, I did get my full refund which re installed trust in the company. Thank you 🙏
