TERRIBLE!
TERRIBLE!! Will not refund my money for return in timely matter. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! You can’t reach them!

There is no legit number to call them . Return or exchange is just impossible.

0 STARS! Please save yourself and your money, DO NOT BUY from Mac Duggal. They have poor customer service, no legit phone number and are not rated with BBB. BBB has many complaints. Wish I had seen this info. before I purchased from them. They don't honor there refund policy and are holding my money and cannot get in touch with them. This is a scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!

There is no way to contact customer…
There is no way to contact customer service except thru email. I returned a dress and received an email that I was being refunded my money but it was never credited back to my credit card. No I have to spend time trying to get my money back and research how to get in touch with a live person, if that is even possible.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. There sight doesn't allow to cancel orders, they charge $12 for returns and take over a month to process your refund.

very bad experience
very bad experience they charged my card but did not srart to ship for 2 weeks then finally when dress came stones missing several places on front got return label from them sent back 2 weeks agi still no refund having to dispute with my credit card very poor service

MAC DUGGAL’s customer service s totally unacceptable ‼️
MAC DUGGAL’s customer service is unacceptable. There is no voice to voice communication or a contact number. For the price of their dresses they should be able to provide better customer service.If you are planning to make an online purchase I suggest you re-think it. If you have to return it … it is impossible to receive any tracking or customer service communication‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Mac Duggal has the worst return policy
Mac Duggal has the worst return policy, and bad customer service. During the holidays, most companies will extend their exchange and return policy. For the price paid, they won't even consider it.
