I’d be very cautious about buying from this company, despite the seemingly positive reviews. When the dress arrived, the quality was poor and didn’t match the pictures at all. My main issue, though, was the return process. Sending the dress back from the UK to the US, combined with the exchange rate, meant I lost £53 between the purchase price and the refund. It ended up being a very expensive non purchase. I won’t be buying from them again, and it’s definitely made me look much more closely at return policies in future.

Well…shame on me for not realizing you charge a restocking fee and return postage. You do realize that stores like Macy’s and Nordstrom sell your products and do not do this! It’s free! I’m afraid, when possible, I won’t order from you directly.

Regarding the "impression" that my emails went unanswered: to be clear, I waited three days for a response to my follow-up emails before posting my review. This was not a matter of perception, but a factual delay during a very time-sensitive window. As for the partial refund, I did not accept this because it was a preferred resolution. I felt forced to choose it because of Mac Duggal’s strict 14-day return policy. Having previously been stuck with a defective dress from you because a flaw was noticed just outside that window, I simply could not risk losing another $840 or wasting more time on a third attempt. I chose the only practical option available to protect myself financially, not because the condition of the dress was acceptable. At this stage, the refund is still pending, so I cannot consider this matter finalised or resolved. I appreciate the apology, but a luxury price point should come with proactive quality control and timely communication. Moving forward, I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers don't find themselves in a position where they have to settle for damaged goods due to restrictive policies and slow support.

Dress packaging horrible. A $398 beautiful dress thrown in large box covered with plastic wrap arrived severely wrinkled where personal steamer cannot them out. The zipper on dress damaged, very long zipper, at beginning of dress, appears it was stitched improperly and coming undone. Threads and split obvious. Working with customer service various emails and call. To fix dress as they do not have another in my size, costs more than they will reimburse. Waiting for final decision. It’s for my daughter’s wedding.

It's important for customers to be clearly informed that FINAL SALE – NON RETURNABLE also means NON-EXCHANGEABLE. This should be stated more explicitly in the product description. Also, you only see positive product reviews on the site as I submitted my review and it does not appear on their website.The dress I ordered is certainly beautiful, but for a piece originally priced at EUR555, I expected better quality—particularly in the finishing details, which are noticeably lacking. The sizing also runs larger than indicated in the size chart.
