mac.bidReviews of mac.bid

I would not even give these poeple 1 star they added a 45.00 charge onto my credit card and can not account for it this will probably not get posted because they are dishonest crappy thieves. and they will not call back LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mixed review. I have had good and bad experiences with Mac.bid. The first few items I thought were great. They were returned items, but in excellent condition. The last item I bought was a composter. It was listed as open box. When I got it home, I was shocked to find out that it was absolutely filthy with coffee grounds in the bottom and caked on soil on the inside. I can’t imagine someone returning an item in this condition. I took it apart and cleaned it up. It seems to work, but this is a lesson for me. Mac.bid recommends that you inspect items before bidding. Do that first or risk being shocked and disappointed. I’m surprised that Mac.bid wouldn’t have noticed this. It should have said clearly used. Knowing this, I will not stop bidding, but understand the risks. The process of bidding was easy overall.

I recently won a bid on a Hoover Carpet Cleaner (listed as Open Box). It was listed as $230 value, so I thought I had gotten a great deal. Not a great deal! Handle was broken which is important for the trigger to work properly. I tried it on a runner. While I did get it to spray (some of the time), it barely extracted any water. After using 1/2 tank of water/solution, only about 1/2" was extracted. I also found that the 'spinning' brushes were not spinning. Total junk. Another recent purchase was a ceramic garden fairy. It was also listed as 'Open Box', although it was not in a box at all. It was completely broken in half. Yes, you can go and inspect before bidding, or pay extra for insurance, but the closest location to me is 30 mins, and paying extra only seems worthwhile if you are buying something more expensive. Giving them 2 stars because i have made several items that were good, but probably won't be back.

Bad customer service hey will ignore you they talk over you, wen ask to talk to supervision they told me just contact customer services I said ok give me the number he Ruben said find it on line Wow wow wow Ruben is the employee from North Las Vegas location very Unprofessional RUDE

I have been going to MAC.Bid for a while now and the staff is very helpful and most of the stuff I won has been in great shape

Employee abuse my wife who is disabled for using bathroom and was rude and in sensitive after she was told by another employee said it was ok and explained this to the employee and she did not listen and continue to be very disrespectful so i said her what wrong with you and you are out of line and this is how you treat disabled people she didn't like that and try to get her members ship cancel after we have spent thousands of dollars with them so I am going speak to a lawyer about this injustice to people with disabilities and I will never do business with this company again and my gold is to let as many people know what they have done and what they do to the disabled I promise you that

We love MAC bids and their customer service is incredible. Everything we have gotten (a lot) has been brand new quality.

The people here are rude. I was filling up at the gas station and saw them block parents from trying to pick their kids up at the local school. They were filming the upset parents and pointing and laughing. If this is the type of people they employ and have has managers I can only imagine how they treat their customers
