My last 3 pickups at Mac Bid in Anderson, SC…I have been pleasantly impressed by a new associate named Cam. Each of these visits, Cam has approached me to ASK if I need help!!! Once I was on an aisle with heavy items, once was finding a missing item - which he found. And today, at 5:59 pm (he’s off in 1 minute), Cam volunteered to load my truck!!! On top of that, he offered to push the dolly for me!!! Listen, if y’all can clone Cam, I highly recommend it!!! He’s exactly what you need to promote GREAT customer service!!! 💯

I have been going to the Uniontown MacBid Warehouse for about two years now and I have found the MacBid Uniontown Employees to be absolutely OUTSTANDING Customer Service Professionals. They are all very helpful and very knowledgeable, especially Christina, Donna, A.J., Trina, Chaz, D.J., and Kason. I have never had an issue that these fine employees couldn't solve. They are the absolute BEST!

The Hamilton Ohio mac bids/Yinz Binz has been a very positive experience. I have found the items I have purchased to be of good quality and tremendous savings. It is listed if the items have been damaged, and I have chosen not to purchase those items. I have purchased Open Box items, and those are not guaranteed. Still, I have been fortunate and those have been okay - If they hadn't I would blame myself if unhappy because it is listed that they are not guaranteed. You CAN view them first. My greatest compliment goes to the workers at this location. They are consistently friendly, super helpful and patient, and hard-working. I am not naming names because I do not know all of their names, but each and every person that I have encountered possesses the named qualities. Many thanks to all of you! Patty Geroni
