Heartless to say the least , if they inspect everything, what’s the excuse for auctioning off trash? Oh I know and policy longer than the Bible which protects nobody but them. App is trash and all you hear is “there is nothing I can do” from everyone. Bugs, blood stains, dirt, and plain out trash being sold on the regular. You’ll find some good deals hiked up by fees but they’ll get their money right back I promise.

Pay close attention to your MAC BID account, especially the section where you see items you won and lost bids on. I discovered an item I lost but never bid on the item nor did I even look up that item. Fortunately it was a lost bid or it would’ve cost me a thousand bucks or more. On that day I was notified by credit monitoring that my email address and credit card number were compromised and are being sold online. Both of which were available on the MAC BID AP I immediately deleted my account and the AP from my phone. I called MAC BID to make sure everything is gone. The answer was yes, kind of. After a search the account was found which I officially closed.

I’m sure Mac.bid bids against their own customers. I bid on a cleaning device and put a max of $20. It started at $2. Before long there was a counter bid of $12. That’s fine except- there were at least ten other exact cleaners left to bid on with a starting bid of $2! Why would anyone go bid $12 when they had multiple opportunities to start at only $3? They wouldn’t, obviously. I’d heard rumors this happens- now I’m sure of it. So now I’ll be charged $12 instead of the $3 I should have had if no one had bid against me. The only thing that makes sense is that ‘someone’ who bid against me is Mac.bid.

wast time and money do not trust them like new items not true save your money , all like new was all trash and one one item i got 7 dollar insurance ,when i took back did not show save your money,,,

Just trash, mentioned as like new and when bought it sucks and doesn't even turn on. Utter waste of money and time to drive. Don't fall for this shit!!!

I have been to macbid in Henderson many times now and overall saved a lot of money compared to paying retail. Evelyn, Jordan, Chris and Michelle have all always provided excellent customer service. They are pleasant and smiling and ready and willing to help. They are all awesome at their jobs.

All good unless you use the transfer service. You pay to have items transferred to a closer pick-up location, and apparently after that they fall off the face of the earth and no one can tell you where they are or when you might possibly receive what you paid for. I have been waiting 2 plus weeks now, and my items are still in transit. We are talking transfers between locations 1/2 hour away. That transfers are not processed timely, and the customer has no address for that inefficiency and poor service is inexcusable.

I bid on a small gaming desk for my kids, and won. However the desk i found inside the box was NOT the one i bid on...sorry, the 1/2 of the desk that was in the box, was clearly leftover parts of another broken desk that was re-boxed for a scam sale. I got scammed. This company is nothing but a back-alley con artist, who refuses to be held accountable for any of their actions because of "disclaimers". If I could post a disclaimer that items in a box may not appear exactly as advertised, shit in the box, and make $100 each time, I guess i would too.
