Ordered “10kt solid gold” diamond studs from here. Extremely disappointed. I was not sent solid gold earrings, they are extremely discoloured after only a couple months of use. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Tried reaching out to support and now I’m not getting a response. 0/10

My first stone was so great that I had to order another one! The second stone is FABULOUS!! Thank you so much. The only disappointment was FedEx on both orders... no way to change deivery date on their website because you can only manage delivery if you live in the US. Then they delivered to the wrong address (their fault because address on packages was correct) and they didn't offer to redeliver the next day so I had to take time off work to pick up the package both times. No way of contacting them either. Even UPS has better service. Maybe FedEx should learn from Luvansh how to give great service.

Still need to confirm identification label on both diamonds, but... I didn't know Luvash from a hole in the wall, and they are not part of Better Business Bureau, so I gambled on their honesty and my credit card. Their white diamond prices were the best I found on the web (short of Alibaba, and I'm not going there). I purchased returnable stones, after confirming with the company that they were returnable (insurance for my card). I was promised shipping in 12-14 business days, the stones arrived in under a week. My two, 2c asshers are exquisite. VVS2, with a 30x loop, I can't find the imperfections. Selection was spectacular, both returnable and final sales. Communications, on the web and email, beyond excellent. Delivery, better than promised (even with a 1D FedEx delay). I'm a very happy customer. (PS, several diamond web sites offering mined diamonds, 2c Assher cut, VVS2, less than F color, roughly $25,000. each. Several sites! I won't have any problem paying next month's mortgage payment, thank you Luvansh.) P.S. Sept 14, '26: My jeweler friend who will be setting the stones confirmed this AM that the stones are indeed diamonds, both have confirmed ID numbers, both are 2 carat stones. His initial comment was "Wow, these are gorgeous, hope they are diamonds". They are. He also confirmed he can get me a set of matching, mined diamonds for around $50,000. Again, thank you Luvansh, I am a very happy customer, and will return.
