Do NOT buy "Final Sale" items from Luvansh! Their website checkout glitched, displayed a transaction failure screen, and provided no order confirmation or receipt. Believing the purchase failed, I ordered a second item, only to find my card charged for both. Despite reaching out immediately with my full contact details and card reference info, customer support refused to acknowledge their site error and is hiding behind their Final Sale policy for an accidental duplicate order caused by their own system failure. Terrible experience and zero accountability.

However, since the order was placed for a Final Sale stone, as clearly stated on our website, Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or cancellations. Many of our Final Sale stones are sourced from overseas, which makes returning them to their origin particularly difficult. We understand the frustration and appreciate your understanding of our policy.

Ordered “10kt solid gold” diamond studs from here. Extremely disappointed. I was not sent solid gold earrings, they are extremely discoloured after only a couple months of use. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Tried reaching out to support and now I’m not getting a response. 0/10

Do NOT buy from Luvansh!! Their "diamonds" look fake. The quality has significantly declined compared to a few years ago. I tried returning a stone that has awful quality and they won’t help me return or exchange. You’re better off buying from anywhere else ! What a waste of money

While we always try our best to make exceptions and accommodate our customers whenever possible, final-sale items are unfortunately not eligible for return. We also shipped the exact stone that was selected and ordered. Every certified stone we sell is accompanied by its certification, which allows you to independently verify the stone’s identity and specifications. The certificate number is also inscribed on the stone’s girdle, and the certification report can be verified both online and offline. I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was supposed to be delivered on August 10th. I’ve talked to their customer chat so many times, each time being told that it’d ship tomorrow or in a few days and still my order says pending. Absolutely terrible customer service with no accountability. Very soon I will be putting a charge back if I don’t get what I’ve paid for. This company is trash.

Very poor experience. Ordered a custom setting and the quality was terrible. Crooked and loose setting. Loose stones. We ended up having a reputable local jeweler replace the ring and setting. I caution anyone to order a custom ring from this company!

I purchased two items that were described as 14kt gold. I did not realize that when you looked at the fine print on the website, only the pendants were gold, the chains were sterling silver. This was not noted in any of the invoice descriptions of the items, where repeatedly the metal type was described as 14kt solid gold. When I received the items, the chains were marked as sterling silver. I requested a refund only to be denied multiple times. Finally they agreed to refund the items for a $100 restock fee. I was going to suck it up and pay the restock fee, but then they sent me an invoice for $100+tax prior to sending me the shipping label. I got suspicious they had no intent of actually returning the purchase price to me. I submitted a charge back with my credit card company with all the documentation (including their initial invoice for the items which clearly described the items as 14kt). My credit card company sided with me and reversed the charges. Now Luvansh is asking me to return the items (albeit not requiring me to pay $100+tax for the privilege). What chutzpah!
