So I purchased a 10k 2ct tennis bracelet. When I received it realized it was too small - and wanted to exchange it for a 5 ct bracelet. I called within 15 minutes of receiving the order to start an exchange and was told because it was 10k it was special order and could not exchange so beware when ordering!

Update: the solution that was told to me was not what was implemented. I still have not received my package despite trying to go through proper channels. I am beyond frustrated with Luvansh and FedEx and will likely never order/work with either again. They were kind and efficient with their help. Catherine was great and helped me find the best solution for my situation.

Edited to update: Once I left the review, I got an answer to my emails. They shipped the ring out the following day, along with tracking. They shipped overnight on 7/2, but too late to recieve 7/3. I received it on 7/6. The ring itself is STUNNING. The center was supposed to be F/VS 1.5 ct. The diamond certification is D/VVS2 1.51ct. It is beautiful. The ring was supposed to be 2.50cttw, but is closer to 3.00cttw. While my purchase did not go smooth and was stressful, I received a beautiful product. The center stone is gorgeous. Much better quality than expected. Original review: Ordered custom ring June 10, expected shipping date the 26th. No shipping. Contacted, they stated will ship tomorrow. No ship. Now they are ignoring me. If I dont have a shipping number and tracking by tomorrow, I'm filing a charge back. The shipping is trivial. The lies are detrimental. Too many people making jewelry who care. I've talked to 3 different people with their copy paste responses, and I'm over it. You won't get away with this much longer. Reddit is next.

So far, I’m very unimpressed with their customer service. I ordered a pair of diamond earrings almost a week ago now paid for overnight shipping had to harass them till they shipped it and it’s still not shipped out on time and won’t get here for nearly 2 more days, not sure why I bothered paying for Overnight and now they’re support won’t respond.

took awhile to get a person, but they were helpful once I did and though I had to change the type of backing for a cheaper one, at least I’ll get the earrings on time.

Delivery was delayed due to "quality issues". That created a minor headache to arrange delivery. When my wife used the screw back earrings, one of the backs failed.... I guess they still had "quality issues". She lost it between the restaurant and our ride. I contacted support - they want me to pay $60 for shipping on an item that weighs .5 grams! They say that's the best they can do. Customer support is absolute BS. Do yourself a favor - buy local. Update...the response to the initial 1 star review again BS! The earring back was not "lost" it FELL OFF. There should be no question on fixing a faulty product. The customer service "top cop" got involved and understood the issue I think. They sent us two additional backs at no cost. PROBLEM SOLVED. That was my simple expectation from the start. I have respect and patience IF you support your product and customer! If not, you earn what you earn. The earrings look great, and now function as they should. Luvansh would have earned a much better rating had they responded appropriately to a faulty product in the first place.
