Excellent product and timely receipt.

I have purchased several pieces. I must say I have never been disappointed! I was skeptical at first placed a small order and was overjoyed when it came in. Which led to the next larger purchase again couldn’t have been happier. I have had to reach out to Customer Service because I’ve had questions and they have always answered me right back. I’ve never had any issues with my orders or my deliveries.

The Vince and the team at Luvansh was supper helpfull. I asked quite a few questions and they answered them all, including sending me a video on specific diamond I inquired about. More recently Vince was helpful in expediting my order for the big day. Thanks!

Wow! Just wow! I ordered a 3 carat eternity band and a 3 carat solitaire with pauvés and I could not be happier with the quality. I have the most sparkly, clear, gorgeous rings I have ever owned. As a diamond birthstone, my standards were very high. I was especially happy with the fact that these diamonds came from a source that guaranteed no human or animal would be harmed from its creation. Additionally, the customer service is a 10/10. Real people on the other side and quick to respond. I will be buying more diamonds from Luvansh in the future. Thank you again!

I thought about this ring for a long time, couldn't get it out of my mind, so I finally bought it. After my purchase, the opportunity to take a trip came up, meaning I would be out of town when the ring arrived. I contacted customer service and they responded in less than 24 hours, assuring me that they could prioritize shipment and get the ring shipped out early. I received it a week before my trip and it is gorgeous! I am so happy with the ring itself and with the stellar customer service.

The diamond was the perfect fit to my wife's ring. It looks really good.
