LuvanshReviews of luvansh.com

Very friendly staff!

Very nice small store and nice workers.

Great love good stuff

I have purchased a few times already and I love the stones from this site. Very beautiful work and I get a lot of compliments from the stones as well. I check this site regular to get ideas and I will for sure keep using this site. I have purchased different types of stones and for sure the DEF color diamonds are so beautiful and colored stones are amazing. Thank you guys!! Customer service has been so nice and delivery has been quicker than what it states when ordering.

Efficient, and responsive.

We got two beautiful 1 carat natural diamonds from them with the certificates. They put them in earrings for us and they look great. Will buy from them again.

Ordering was easy and the delivery was scheduled for October 23rd and arrived on the 18th. Necklace was beautiful and the person I purchased it for was very very pleased! Thank you!!

This rating is based on purchase of Lab Diamonds. Luvansh is legit and the value for the price you pay is reasonable and affordable. Receiving my order was quick & received in a timely manner. Live Chat is reliable for questions with simple answers. Email for support is also reliable and response time (depending the time of day) has been same day or with 24 hours. The loose diamonds (I have purchased 4) all came w/certificates for each diamond. Customer service, especially dealing with Vince, have been smooth. Because I ordered the wrong size eternity band, the Live Chat referred me to Anvri (human). Anvri reassured me that the ring was not in production since I just placed the order. He advised me to send an email to Support. I emailed support. Vince responded and reassured me the order was not in production yet so he was able to change my order to the correct size. On another note, watch out for Cindy, another representative from Luvansh. She, on the other hand responded to a separate email and said she would have to charge $30.00 to resize the eternity band to size 6. If you all must know, eternity bands cannot be resized. I responded and told her my order was resolved. That was wrong of her to even assume I wouldn’t know and to think she could charge 30.00 to resize an eternity band. That’s bad business. So please watch out for her. Vince, Neel and Anvri are the most helpful and understanding. I appreciate how quickly they responded. I love the 4 loose diamonds I have purchased so far. I can’t wait until the eternity band arrives. I look forward to continue doing business with Luvansh. I highly recommend Luvansh and have referred family members and friends already. They plan to make a purchase soon.
