I ordered a custom ring with center stone through Luvansh and had a good but not great experience. They were quick to setup the custom design and when it arrived it was PERFECT! The only reason I am knocking them down a star was the delivery aspect, my ring was shipped out almost a week later and was not given any clear reason why. Each day I had to contact their customer service to see if it would ship or not. At the end, they did upgrade me to overnight shipping which was greatly appreciated.

Great pricing. Beautiful earrings. Lost a star because i was panicking when no confirmation email came. They send it upon delivery. Online purchasing is always a gamble so sending the confirmation immediately after purchase would go a long way. I reached out and got a response so no complaints there. I really want to give 5 stars but the email is a big deal for me

The product and value for the price are excellent compared to market. The one tech issue that significantly degraded my experience was with the order process. When I attempted to place my first order, I got a payment error notification and no indication that it had been placed, no order number or status in my account — it looked as though it didn’t go through, but the charge did. Apparently, that’s normal and there’s a payment hold that usually takes a day to clear — which would be fine if it was disclosed beforehand, or better yet, if an order with a pending status was made visible to the customer. Instead, I tried placing the same order twice more, which the system let me do, and then I had to deal with getting refunds for all three; placing again and going through the same process knowing it would take a day before any order info showed up in my account. There are a few relatively simple ways to solve this, and I hope Luvansh does as it would greatly improve their customer experience. Delivery was quicker than expected, the product is great, and their customer service was responsive. Overall, 3.5 stars rounds to 4.

The quality of the jewelry is good, and the shipping was fast, but I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency. I bought a pair of 5 CTW lab diamond earrings for $2,000, only to find out upon delivery that they come without any IGI or GIA certificates. ​The company claims that if the title doesn't say 'IGI Certified,' the item is part of their 'non-certified collection.' However, this is NOT clearly stated on the product page. For a purchase of this value, any customer would expect a certificate by default. When I contacted support, they asked for an additional $150 to provide the certificate that should have been there in the first place. ​If you don't care about paperwork, the prices are good. But if you need a certified stone, be prepared for hidden costs and confusing descriptions. I feel like the company is intentionally hiding this information from customers."
