Usually I’m wary of online jewelry store when it comes to customer service. I thought Luvansh would be the same way but I’m pleasantly surprised by their customer service. This was my 3rd time purchasing from Luvansh. I had issues with FedEx and I was afraid the stud earrings I ordered were going to get sent back. I contacted them over the weekend and they were able to help me right away! They got in touch with FedEx so I could just pick the earrings up at the FedEx store that was closest. I was very impressed that they were able to help me so quickly. The earrings I’ve received are so sparkly and beautiful. The price is more than reasonable! I highly recommend them if you are looking for LGD jewelry. :)

Like many others, I was initially skeptical and a little leery about ordering a diamond of this size online. A 10-carat pear-shaped diamond solitaire is a significant purchase, and I wondered whether the stone I received could possibly live up to the photos and description. I’m thrilled to say that my concerns were completely unfounded. The diamond is absolutely spectacular. The brilliance, sparkle, clarity, and cut are beyond anything I expected. Every movement produces incredible flashes of light, and the stone is beautifully clear, crisp, and brilliantly cut. Pictures simply do not capture how stunning it is in person. I was also extremely pleased that the diamond arrived with its IGI certification, which clearly documents the characteristics and quality of the stone. My diamond is certified at 10.04 carats, F color, VVS2 clarity, with Excellent polish and Excellent symmetry and no fluorescence. Having the independent IGI report and inscription gave me additional confidence that I received exactly the diamond represented in the listing. From the moment I opened the package, I was blown away. The quality exceeded my expectations in every way, and I could not be happier with my purchase. If you’re hesitant about purchasing a diamond online, I completely understand—I was too. My experience completely changed my mind. Spectacular, brilliant, sparkling, and absolutely stunning—my 10-carat pear-shaped diamond is everything I hoped it would be and more. I absolutely love it!

Great customer service. I placed an order that needed to be signed for, and unfortunately I was out of state working when the delivery was attempted causing the package to be returned to sender. Neel really helped me out by arranging the package to be re-shipped and delivered to a pick up location near me.
