Goal was to update my wife's engagement ring. Stopped by the pop up store to check things out. Got a stone there but decided we wanted something different. No problem with the return. Received emails within 24 hrs every time. Got the stone we wanted and a great price. Great experience

I love my beautiful 2 carat Asscher cut lab diamond ring. This is a cut that is not available everywhere and one that I specifically like. the clarity and brilliance of the stone is stunning. I can highly recommend getting a ring from Luvansh.

Love the ring. One thing you could do is get better customer service . I have tried your chat; it's impossible to get the right answer. It is very disappointing. You are with one agent, and when you try to get back on chat again, they can see your notes. It is very hard to deal with. Every time you have to start all over again.I

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really glad you love the ring, but we’re sorry the chat experience has been frustrating. That’s not the level of service we aim for, and we’ll work on improving it so it’s smoother and more consistent.

Purchased a 2.35 carat oval cut diamond and could not be happier with my purchase. It’s absolutely beautiful and set in 14k gold. Very reasonable price as well.

When I ordered, I thought I clicked yellow gold but white gold showed on the order. I contacted them via the chat feature and they said they will update it to yellow gold. We got a good price and are excited for the ring!
