Great customer service

Biggest scam going on Buyer be ware !!!! I bought an item for close to $2000. When I needed to exchange the size they told me it was final sale ! I bought this items without ever seeing the words final sale ! I have proof with pictures and they still will not exchange the size. I have requested to speak with a supervisor numerous times, but all they say is we are sorry. You can call them because the phone number the give you is always closed. I now have to rings I will never be able to wear

So far the experience has been great. I procrastinated on my order for an anniversary gift. The expected delivery date was supposed to be 6 weeks from order delivery. I just checked with Neel from support team and it looks like the order will be ready 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Looking forward to seeing the finalized product once it arrives. I’ll update my review then

Fantastic deals and beautiful stones! Extremely fast shipping. My stone got here way before it was supposed to even ship. Clear communication when it came to my stone being sent to a FedEx store since I missed my at-home delivery window. Just picked it up there by showing my driver's license. Wonderful company with great customer service. I will definitely do business with them again!
