LuvanshReviews of luvansh.com

I recently purchased a diamond from Luvansh for our engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The diamond arrived incredibly fast, especially considering it was an international shipment to Canada. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it got here. The pricing was also excellent — even after currency conversion, it was significantly better than local options. As this was my first time buying a diamond online, I had it verified by a local jeweller. I’m very happy to say the diamond passed verification with flying colours and is now being fitted into the engagement ring. The quality is exactly what I hoped for, and my fiancée is going to love it! I was initially a bit nervous buying such a significant item online, but the many positive reviews on their site gave me the confidence to go ahead — and I’m glad I did. Luvansh has earned my trust completely. I’d highly recommend Luvansh to anyone looking for a quality diamond at a great price. I’ve already had friends asking about them after seeing the stone, and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer for future purchases.

I ordered earrings that were guaranteed before Mother’s Day and I did not receive them. I spoke to two different representatives that assured me of their arrival and no delivery. They then lied and said they weren’t shipped because “someone ordered another product on my account” (this was a first time order). They then lied a second time stating that Fed-Ex wouldn’t deliver to my house, which has never happened. They ruined my surprise for my wife and I would never use their services.

I am writing this review regarding a defective product and unsatisfactory customer service experience with Luvansh. I purchased a pair of lab diamond stud earrings, advertised as gold and lab diamond. After minimal use, the backing of one earring crumbled, which is not consistent with the expected quality or durability of such materials. I contacted the company and engaged in multiple email exchanges in an attempt to resolve the issue. Despite clearly explaining that the item was defective, Luvansh refused to replace the damaged backing. Instead, they required that I pay $60 for a replacement. The company repeatedly cited a “4-month return policy,” even though this item was a Christmas gift and the defect became apparent within a reasonable and expected usage period. Given the nature of the defect and the product description, I believe this item fails to meet basic standards of quality. A reasonable resolution would have been to replace the defective component at no cost. Luvansh has declined to take responsibility or provide a fair resolution. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

All I can say is wow! Luvansh made my upgrade dreams come true! I purchased an antique cushion cut diamond and they worked with me on a custom setting. Would highly recommend this company!

Gorgeous diamond, huge sparkler! I am swapping out my original engagement ring stone and can’t wait to get it back to show off this rock!!

I made a mistake on the size of the ring that I ordered. contacted customer service and they made it right very quickly.

Luvansh is a great place to purchase your next piece of fine jewelry. I recommend the Portuguese cut diamonds. They are gorgeous. My fiancee loves them and can't get enough of them. Their shipping department is very responsive and expedited an order for me because it was a wedding gift. Catherine in particular helped me with some confusion on my end. She was very professional and quickly helped me with my issues. We will be back!
