took 3 months to get the beds.
Response from LutherJan 23, 2020
I am very sorry Patricia. No excuses and I won't try to make one. I can tell you that we work very hard to partner up with manufacturers that keep a steady flow of merchandise. Unfortunately, sometimes the manufacturer oversells or runs into production challenges......Regardless, all we can do is apologize and continue to work hard to be better. I'm hopeful you can see from the many reviews that we typically do get it right. I certainly hope we will get another chance to earn your business. Feel free to reach out to me offline. I always welcome the opportunity to speak with our clients. That is the heritage for which this company was built. Wishing you well, Eric Glickstein President

Hi Katrina, We will always remember Bryon. He was with us 12 or so years and was like family to all of us at LutherSales.....His passing was sudden and tragic and not a day goes by that we all don't think about him.....I know he would be thrilled to know firsthand how much his clients really cared for him...... On side note, we really appreciate your terrific review and acknowledging the great work of your new sales representative. We love those 5-star reviews!!!! Eric

Response from LutherJan 18, 2020
Hi Elizabeth, I learned from my Dad that service was the backbone of any good business. Seeing your terrific review and kind remarks related to service would make him proud. I can tell you that it makes me proud as I know how hard our team works to please our clients. Thank you for your business. Eric

Lorie
I ordered an MCM Backpack and it came on time. My daughter loves it. I also ordered a dinning room set which has not come and is well over the time limit for delivery. I'm very unhappy about this.
Response from LutherJan 13, 2020
Lorie I am so sorry for the delay in your furniture. Feel free to call into the office and ask for me and I will do what I can to learn more specifically the cause of this delay. I totally understand your frustration and I'm hopeful that I can pass on better news when we connect. Be assured, you will get our best effort in making sure you understand that your business does matter and we do care. Wishing you well. Eric
