Well Joyce that is truly an all-star review. I had to show it to Kerry because she puts so much heart into every transaction. All her customers like her.....Thank you for your business and we look forward to helping you again in the future. I'm hopeful that you will pass our name on to your friends and co-workers. That is the best compliment you can pay us. Wishing you well, Eric

Thank you Shoneka, what a fabulous review. While I am sorry about the factory delay, I am delighted that your daughter loves her new furniture and that you enjoyed working with Kenton. Kenton has been with us many years and his customer really do love working with him! Eric

Good Morning Mommy of 4, I am sorry that you feel you did not receive good value. Creating a strong value proposition remains among our core objectives. While price is certainly among the higher criteria when making a purchasing decision, we also believe that consumers are looking for a high level of service combined with affordable payment flexibility. Combine that with our commitment to help our clients rebuild and restore credit by reporting on-time payments and we become a more compelling story. We also continue to define the ways we merchandise product by offering our clients bundled solution at a single affordable payment that can be made directly from your paycheck. We do hope you will consider us again in the future. Please know we really do care and welcome your feedback. Eric Eric Glickstein President

Hi Donald, Please accept our apologies as I have to agree that this has dragged on far too long. I have escalated the matter to our operations manager and would welcome the opportunity to speak directly with you offline. I am always happy to speak to a client even those disappointed in their experience. The foundation of our 52+ year business has been service and in this case we failed you. Be assured,we will be reviewing your case file from start to finish to see how we can make improvements to ensure this is a 1x incident. Again, please give me a call or drop me an email. I would welcome the opportunity to apologize by phone. I'm hopeful that I can regain your trust and have an opportunity to earn your business again in the future. Wishing you well, Eric Eric D Glickstein President

Hi Olivia, Thank you for your business and your 4-star review. I do apologize for the slight delay but in this case the unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ were oversold by Samsung. We had all to do to fill the order. No excuses but I did want you to understand the cause behind the delay. I'm hopeful we will have another opportunity tin the future to serve you well. Warmest regards, Eric

As 2nd generation of the Company my Dad founded back in 1967. he would be very proud to see that we are doing all we can to carry on his legacy of world class customer service.
