Hi Lizett I am sorry that we did not provide you regular updates. That should not be the case. Be assured, these reviews serve a great purpose. They hold us accountable and provide an opportunity for us to get better. I have already passed on your comments to our operations manager and we will learn from this.......As for delays on delivery, those challenges are a bit different. We never expect a delivery to take 3-months so for that I again apologize. Unfortunately, if an item is out of stock and is in production we are dealing with lead times from factories that often fluctuate as a result of US Customs and quality control.
