Fast, quick and efficient. The sales rep Kenton was great.

Reasonable price, variety of items and free items with purchase... I couldn't have gotten a better offer. I love all of my purchased items. I look forward to paying off my purchases.

I’ve never had a purchasing experience that was issue free at Luther. Either the items on the website are out of stock. Or there are shipping issues (scheduling, timeliness, damaged items, etc.).
Response from LutherDec 26, 2020
Happy Holidays Tina! Please accept my apologies for your experience. We need to be better and be assured of our commitment to excellence. I have already shared your comments with our operations team to help us determine where things broke down. Thank you for your business and for sharing your experience. While I wish every review was a 5-star review, we learn a lot from reviews like yours which remind us that we are not perfect. I'm hopeful we can your business again in the future and deliver a 5-star experience. Wishing you well, stay safe. Eric Eric D Glickstein President

The website is full of clutter, there's no indication on how to properly navigate the site, and the sales/service team is all over the place. Some of the staff are a little rude, no clear answers to the questions I had were given to me, and it takes 7-10 business days to get a product when I could get it much sooner from a competitor. Other than that, I'm actually satisfied with my purchase. If you don't mind a chaotic process, I'd recommend them.

Happy Holidays KittKatt! Let me start by apologizing for much of what you experienced. You should never feel that a team or staff member is rude. This is totally unacceptable. I would welcome speaking to you offline where I can personally apologize. Be assured we have shared this review with our team reminding them of this unacceptable behavior. This is terribly out of character for us. Perhaps you just caught somebody at the wrong time? None the less there is never an excuse to be rude to a client. Regarding your website experience here's the good news. As we speak , we have been in development of a new platform that we expect to launch in Feb or March 2021. You sound like a perfect candidate to participate in our beta testing. If your interested please let me know as we will be offering a gift card to do so while also providing you with the first peak of the new platform. On a positive note, I'm happy to hear you are satisfied with your purchase. Hopefully, we can earn your trust and business again in the future. Wishing you well, stay safe. At first there was no way to get it here for Christmas but somehow out of no where I got a notification that my order for my son will be here by 9 pm!! Thank Luther Sales especially John Goodburn!!

Larry Lindsey took care of me. I even made a mistake on my order and he got it fixed. Paperwork was quick and easy and I didn’t feel pressured. Hope to have his assistance in the future.
