I understand the frustrations of placing an order with a new company and placing your trust into unfamiliar hands, especially during the holiday season. We are very sorry that you received the incorrect items and we have sent you a FED EX return label so that you can send the unopened items back for the correct exchange at no cost to you. We take full responsibility for the mistake and have addressed with our team. Be assured it was no more than an honest mistake. Our team feels terrible. We have reached out to you and await your response. Please reach out to the Customer Service Team at our 800# and we will work diligently to resolve the matter. Happy Holidays, Eric Eric D Glickstein President

Happy Holidays and thank you for your review. We love the Trust Pilot review platform for the transparency that it offers. However, in this case your review is not reflective of what actually transpired. We provided signed proof of deliveries from UPS confirming delivery of all 3-items. You acknowledged delivery of one and have advised us you never received the other two (2). We have put in a claim on the other two as we await the response from UPS. We are just as frustrated as you related to the 2-unaccounted items however, we are not sure why you would hold us accountable. We will continue to follow up with UPS and report any updates. Thank you for understanding Eric Eric D Glickstein President
