I watched the video of Eric G on YouTube. You can tell he's just a sweet guy trying to live his fathers legacy. Look how he answers angry reviews, humble, honest, and just so elloquently. I hope to be like him in business one day, we all could learn something from Eric at LutherSales! I wish LutherSales and Eric & his family all the best now and long into the future. :)

Response from LutherDec 15, 2021
Good morning, Damen Please let me start by apologizing for your frustration. I saw your email the moment it came in and wanted to educate myself on the details of your transaction. As I understand, your Apple shipment was picked up by UPS on Dec 10 and delivered on Dec 11 at 12:05pm signed with initials. I believe a copy of the signed delivery ticket was made available to you for your review. I understand that you have communicated to us that this was not your signature and you have not received the order. We immediately filed a claim and are awaiting a response from UPS. I understand your frustration as well as our own. We will be back in touch with you once we here from UPS. Feel free to contact us offline for any further updates or questions. Wishing you well, stay safe. Eric Eric D Glickstein President

I purchased iPads for Christmas and was really nervous about getting them in time. Howard is my rep and he is fantastic. He kept me calm and reassured me, and has been keeping me updated throughout the whole process! I received one today and the other will be here before Christmas. I am very happy with Luther Sales, and the knowledge and patience of my rep Howard!

Howard Steinert went out of his way to make this happen for me as I at the last minute decided to order games for 3 of my grands. I wanted the PS5, but of course waited too late. He reached out to me as asked if there was anything else that he could try to help me get and as I looked through site and saw the Switch games. At first, I didn't think I was going to be able to get them due to limited supply; however, Mr. Steirnert was able to work his magic and get all three consoles for me and he also worked it so that I could get the $100 Amazon gift card. Thank you Mr. Steinert and keep up the good work. You really seem to be on top of your job and able to answer questions needed.
