Rob provided outstanding customer service, incredibly helpful and professional.
I had an issue with my tirzepatide order — the first month arrived correctly, but the second month was sent with the wrong concentration and from a different pharmacy than expected. When I called, Rob assisted me and completely turned the situation around. He was polite, professional, and very patient, and he arranged for the correct medication to be shipped overnight. His customer service made a frustrating situation easy and reassuring. Thank you, Rob!
