Quick responses and easy access
Quick responses and easy access. Well run systems. Slow movement between pharmacy and orders, 5 days from prescription to fulfillment means more foresight needed for refill periods

My experience was effective
My experience was uneventful, meaning I adapted well to the tirp without any side effects. I reached my weight loss goals and brought down my glucose and A1C numbers.

Thank you Cara! Great to talk with a live person. Forget the technology it doesn't work. I tried numerous times to get on the patient portal...phoooeee to that!!! Texting is much easier! Cara was first rate in answering my question! Thanks Kim Hall

The drug was a miracle find
The drug was a miracle find. I was able to lose 30 lbs in 7 months. However, Lumimeds was not easy to contact and refilled my prescription the last time while I was trying to get placed on a maintenance dose. Maybe this new portal will fix some of the issues. I am canceling my prescription at this time since I have reached my goal weight.

Good over all
Good over all, but their was a delay for a few days without any response, once addressed the customer service has been impressive.
