The ordering of my meds was easy but confusing. I wanted a certain dose and they would not authorize it. When I attempted to cancel they said it is too late. So basically you expect to get something and it seems like it will work out, and then last second you get a different dose with no recourse. Ultimately I took more than prescribed to get what I wanted and then switched providers.

When i answered the call i said i was in severe pain with a kidney stone and could they call back later. The questions continued with no concern to my request or that i was in severe pain. Next time i wont answer at all. Get out.of computer mode and remember we are humans

I have had good experience with everyone I have spoken to, however I find the website very difficult to navigate and still unable to get into it. I wish it were easier then what it is. You will loose many customers because of this issue. I almost gave up. So I give all human interaction 5 star however website is 2.5/5 star. Please fix this issue. ALSO It is hard to review product because I have not received it yet. Another issue is I have a tracking number but where do I go to use this number to track?

The price is good. Not the absolute lowest but lower than most. The medication is real and effective. I do not like the interface. There are two different sites. You have to make the purchase on one. Then complete the information and place the order on the other. Its not intuitive and easy to think you've completed everything when you have not. CS is reasonably responsive but not available 24/7. They do seem to respond within 24 hours. I had another more expensive provider who was more available for support with a much more user friendly site. This feels more no frills but the cost is $50 to$60 less per month.
