Tim was able to clear up a lot of confusion for me today about my subscription
Tim was able to clear up a lot of confusion for me. He was patient and walked me through what I needed to do in the portal. He also was able to assist me in asking for some nausea meds. I am very thankful for Tim and his support today!

Starting out
So far, going through sign up and intake has been fine. Make sure to set up text notifications because you will be waiting for emails otherwise and signing into "pt portal" is annoying as there is no app. So you have to stay on top of it. You can't schedule telehealth visit until product is approved and shipped, look forward to future updates
