Lumi Meds are a bunch of con artists
Lumi Meds are a bunch of con artists I was blindsided when they lowered my dose without my knowledge or consent and did not approve the Rx which was never filled and are refusing to refund me I have contacted my bank for a refund Next stop is Court I am sick and tired of these unregulated shady businesses Also what the send is very difficult to use Oversized bottles make it difficult to draw the medication with a luerlock needle and you are loosing a percentage of the drug as it gets stuck in the needle Rip OFF STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Tim has been a huge helpful resource…
Tim has been a huge helpful resource person for me with two of the calls I’ve made. I was concerned that the prescription I received did not include any directions for the three month Rx and Tim immediately texted me the sig and explained the dosage. He was knowledgeable and professional, and friendly at the same time. His Customer Service was exceptional.

My experience with Lumi Meds was…
My experience with Lumi Meds was disappointing. They sent tirzepatide in very small single‑dose vials that were difficult to draw from and led to wasted bottles and mdeication. When I asked for a more practical vial format, they refused to accommodate the request. The doctor I interacted with was also rude and dismissive. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and not patient‑focused. You get what you pay for which isnt much. The dose also was not working as well as the same from another provider.
