Lumimeds offers GREAT customer service
Lumimeds has in general made the experience very easy. Today I spoke with Jay, who answered all of my questions patiently and compassionately. I have a much better understanding of my medication and dosage now, as well as the process for increasing dosage as needed. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for medication help that is prompt and understanding.

Dislike being solicited for reviews, especially shout outs to customer service reps just doing job.
I don’t like their portal set up. I never spoke to a provider even in chat. I’m not sure this will work, but I’m locked in for 3 months. I do get a lot of texts & the last one was from Cara looking for a glowing review for the company & her. I hate solicited feedback this is why I only gave 2 stars.

Your online site may be difficult for…
Your online site may be difficult for some people like myself since I did not know some of the information needed. It would be helpful to talk to a person in these cases. Getting through this it was nice to get confirmation in a timely manner from Cara, thank you.
