Anytime I’ve had an issue, it got resolved quickly. They’re definitely reliable. Also, it’s easy to get ahold of a live person if you have a question or concern, which is rare nowadays. Thank you Tim for helping me with my billing issue! He assisted me quickly and without hassle. Issue was resolved in a matter of minutes.

Tim was very helpful and provided the dosage information quickly.

Response to LumiMeds over my initial review on 9/16/2025. Posting it on here since I cannot respond back to Lumi’s answer to my initial review. Thank you for finally taking action on my order and getting my package shipped out. I do appreciate that, but it’s extremely disappointing that it required me posting a public review before any real progress was made. I had been reaching out multiple times through your support channels with little to no timely response. If customer concerns were addressed with the same urgency as public reviews, the overall experience would be much better. Reliable communication and timely updates are critical—especially when people depend on these medications. I truly hope this feedback helps improve your customer service process going forward.

I want to give special credit to Mark Franca for his efforts to make sure o receive my order before I left the country. He not only contacted the pharmacy to get the shipment out on time , but he also called me back twice. I appreciate Lumi Meds dedication to customer service.

I experience major issues with ordering from the website.The medical intake form kept going blank when I tried to submit my order.I reached out to customer service and received Tim.He was super helpful, professional and kind. He was able to complete the intake form for me online. I hope his customer service is a testament to the service that I will receive moving forward with this company. 🤞

Initially I dealt with Cam then Zara took over- both were extremely professional and so helpful. I am still awaiting doctor approval but Zara was instrumental in getting my prescription uploaded and order placed. I am very thankful for their help!

Update: Lumimeds got back to me and assisted me in correcting the problem! Hopefully everything will go smoothly from here🤗 First day today, placed my order for 15mg Tirzepatide, then I was informed by a text message that I ordered the wrong plan the plan I ordered is not for 15mg. I asked them how I can correct it as the RX is still “pending”, but I have not heard back. I’ve called, they don’t answer, they don’t call back, I’ve sr t emails and messages and no response!! They charged my card already im willing to pay the difference in plans,, but no one is helping me!! Lumimeds-do not post a generic reply to contact your help center as I have and no one responds!! So far not a good experience!!
