Astoundingly great customer service
Astoundingly great customer service. Great product and great results. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. The consultation was a breeze and the person consulting was such a kind, knowledgable, friendly person. I'd go back to this company for sure. I rarely leave reviews, but I'd go out of my way for any type of service that goes above and beyond. Thank you, Lumi customer support.

A few hiccups
Lack of proper instructions. Calling in no one answers. They call back and apologize for being disconnected. Platforms have a few hiccups with not recognizing steps completed. It would be very helpful, for new clients to be contacted with instructions, help placing your first order correctly.
