I have a very good experience with lumimeds. The process is very easy and the shipping is very fast.. and their customer service is amazing specially Jay Fajardo.. I was kind of person who ask a lot before i commit and he answered all my questions in a timely manner and it doesn't matter what time of the day i message them, they always respond quickly.. I reached my goal weight and now trying to slowly stop and they even help me how to titrate down so I can eventually stop using GLP1.. thank you lumimeds

I placed an order for Tirzepatide, paid in advance, and from there, was pretty much ignored by customer service. When they eventually did get back to me, the dosage prescribed was more in line with starter dosages, though I provided all of the information they needed to be able to resume a dosage schedule in line with my prior provider. They never ended up shipping, though I paid $650 in advance! I would avoid at all costs, this company screams scam and now will not respond to any customer service requests. Will be having to resolve the situation with my credit card company.

It sounds like there may have been a mix-up in expectations. The customer service agent, Mark, was great! The process to order involves multiple web sites and frankly is quite confusing. Without Mark, I would not have been able to figure out how to order my refill.
