LumiMed is a Scam
LumiMed is a Scam. I ordered a three month supply of semglatude. Then the company charged my account $399 without notifying me or sending product. Stay away.

For 3 days I try to login to portal
Updates Gretchen who helped me very patiently and solve my problem. I really appreciate. I hope the medicine is gonna work. I didnt receive yet. Expecting in a few days. Im so excited. I will share my experience here. For 3 days I try to login to portal, asks me photo driver license and another section asks me to upload prescriptions. Indint have prescription im beginner and ordered lowest dose. I cant complete that part anyway. This portal horribal. I want my money back. I dint have time to fill all of this again and again. They respond me very fast but not enough to solve problem. Still , i paid 399$ but i couldn’t get my medicine. So disappointed!!😔
