I was having some issues completing the intake forms and Tim from Lumimeds called me and then spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to help me . He was very kind and helpful and polite and patient .

The representative was understanding, answered my questions and tried resolving the issue.

The phone operator kaya was very nice and very helpful :)

Update from my review 5 days ago: So going on 3 weeks now and got nothing but a run around and a politicians promise. ONLY after I wrote a review. The said they’ll send it Thursday, PROMISED to send it by Friday, and then said they’ll do overnight shipping so I’ll get it Saturday. Then they finally said; THE PHARMACY I WAS ASSIGNED TO ARE STILL DOING TESTS TO MAKE SURE THE MEDS ARE SAFE. Wait… is it their first time????? Are they still experimenting? Thats the most ridiculous and unsettling response I’ve ever had from a medical standpoint. Oh, & also got a voicemail saying “I’m sorry-IF YOU THINK my response was just copy and paste.,,” what an apology. This place is a joke!

I was having trouble receiving my medication, I reached out to Lumimeds and they were quick to assist me in getting the medication. I chose this company because of the positive things people were saying on Reddit, and I am so glad I chose this company!

I recently made the switch from Medvi, who started me at a certain monthly rate and then raise the price on me over $200 a month. After a lot of research, I switched to LumiMeds, and the process has been very easy. I just had a telehealth meeting with Hazel, who was very informative and assured me that the monthly rate would stay exactly the same. So far, I am quite impressed with the company.

I was very appreciative that Tim stayed on the phone with me the whole entire time while I did the paperwork that was needed to be done. I don’t think I would’ve been able to do that without his help and he was very patient and explained everything to me so he was very knowledgeable as well so I again was very appreciative and I did tell him that hopefully if I need to go back on there for any more supplies that need to be ordered that I hope I do get him because he made me feel very comfortable he was spot on with everything. I think he is an absolute great employee and I hope that he is well appreciated for his work. He’s a very kind man and very knowledgeable in his work! They actually should be more employees out there like that. And for the time it took for him to help me he was like I said very patient believe me he repeated a lot of stuff with not one bit of hesitation.

Tim in particular is just excellent with his attention to detail and his care and concern.
