Follow up to my order
I placed my order a few days ago but did not hear anything other than my order was placed. I called today, Saturday, following up expecting to get a call back on Monday and Jessica got back to me right away the same day. She made sure Lumimeds had everything needed and assured me that my order would be processed within the next few days to a week. She was so nice and answered all of my questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service
Rob helped me with the reorder form and dosage increase using the 3 month plan. Lumimeds customer service has been great. The shipping is quick also. I highly recommend Lumimeds.
