Due to user error
Due to user error, I was unable to complete my transaction. Hazel spent so much time with me and utilized every tool of her trade - Google meetings, Zoom, shared screen - to figure out my error and help complete my order. She was kind, patient, patient, patient, and she encouraged me the whole way. God bless her. What a gem she is.

Tim was very helpful
Tim was very helpful. I would love to be able to talk with him again should the need arise, He satyed on the line with me and helped me understand better the process.

When I didn’t understand how the process went, I called in and spoke with them and she was wonderful. She guided me through it, and I ordered my compound medication and she assured and reassured the process after this
