Everyone I have spoken to so far in my journey have been wonderful, as you can imagine being my first time trying this kind of weight loss medication I had a lot of questions. Each person I spoke to was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and very helpful with me making my final decision what medicine would be the best fit for me. Also after shopping around for quite some time I found that LumiMeds offered best prices with the most professional support!

Great Customer Service
I called the customer service number to ask a general question and Tim was able to provide the answer along with sending me back up information via email. Tim was super knowledgeable and very friendly.

Carl is very professional
Carl is very professional, patient and understanding. He answered every question I had with clarity and made me feel heard and understood. He gave me a great confidence ordering with this service.
