Excellent experience with Luggage Pros. Their pricing was $100 less that what I found, even on sale, locally on the two TravelPro pieces that I purchased. The items arrived quickly with no damage. Will definitely order from Luggage Pros again in the future.

I purchased this set of luggage for a trip to see my family. It is great! We received many compliments on it as well. Thank you so much, LuggagePros.

Second purchase from Luggage Pros. Shipped direct from the factory and on time, and at the best price I could find listed.

Was very satisfied with my order of Samsonite luggage. Received it quickly, and at a very reasonable price.

I bought the Weekender bag and I am thoroughly pleased with it. It is a great piece and worth every cent.

Excellent suitcases. I saw some scary 1 star reviews about the durability and was skeptical. But I am totally satisfied. The hard cases worked great, the shinier exterior does scratch much easier though. Great price from Luggage Pros and shipping was on point.

Misleading shipping times. This company kindly offers you free three-day shipping but then neglects to mention that the items will leave the warehouse in about a week. Once you place your order, they drop that bombshell via an email. Then when you try and (immediately) cancel the order, they tell you someone will "call the warehouse" to cancel the order, so there is no automated mechanism for adjusting an order and sending confirming emails indicating that a refund will be issued. Very, very outdated customer service for an online company. I will never order from them again.
