ordering easy, online communication great. I purchased a bag 29 inches which upon arrival I realized was bigger than I needed. I ordered the 27.5 size instead and the return experience was no hassle, no questions asked etc.

I bought a travel pro carry on for my wife. The product arrived in a few days in perfect condition. The price was the lowest I could find on the internet.

You need to make it a little more simple to track an order. I tried to set up an account and it won't accept the pswd or user ID after I set it up. Just have a tracking section where I can click on tracking and put in the tracking number and get the info that I need. Other companies do. Why can't you?

several problems. 1-does not show shipping date or estimated arrival date for ground shipping. 2-after placing order cannot log in to check order status; site keeps going in circles when I enter login and PW. It is not because of incorrect info, because I can test that and get an error message. Correct info just sends me in circles. 3-slow response after placing order 4-if I click chat box to chat, I get all operators are busy response

I ordered 2 custom logo travel cases. I had one item sent to me in Australia and one matching item to a friend within the USA. Great quality and we are 'both' extremely pleased with the product. As international sports competitors we are the envy of our friends with this customised luggage.
