Great prices and fast shipping.

Some people have great experiences with a company. I have had 2 separate horrific ones with Luggage Pros. Accidentally ordered the wrong size. Immediately called back to change order - within minutes. Could not be changed - too far in the system. Have to deliver what I don't want and wait for what I do want until I return this one - and what I need many not be in stock. Ordered a second piece that was back ordered. Charged my credit card for something that won't be in until the end of August. Won't credit my card until they get authorization from the luggage company. So I was excited to work with this company - loved what I was purchasing - but have been in an absolute standoff with "rules".... be careful - they read their script verbatim and do not care at all about customer service. I found the same luggage on other sites for the same price. Also, they sent me a 10% off coupon to use with my first purchase. Of course, when you enter the code - it is not valid. I would not recommend them...

Extremely fast shipping. Prices are great - we did shop around. We have not used our luggage as of yet but will at some point this year.

Fantastic suitcase. Weighs only 10lbs. Beautiful purple color that also changes colors. Hard sided with extra expansion. Would recommend luggage pros to anyone looking for a well made suitcase with great shipping and customer service
