Hi Carmen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re sorry to hear that the jewellery did not meet your personal expectations, we would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy and transparency. First, our company is US-based, and our return address is in the United States. This is intentional and standard practice, as it allows us to maintain an organized, well-monitored return process and ensure quality control for all items received back. While we proudly offer free worldwide shipping with every order all customers are responsible for any costs associated with returns. This is outlined in our Return and Refund policy found on the footer of our website, which you can view at any time before making a purchase. As for the jewellery appearance, all product photos are taken under professional lighting to best represent the pieces, and natural variations in lighting, screen settings, and personal preference can affect how an item looks in person. That said, we stand by the quality of our products and take all feedback seriously. We sincerely regret the frustration this caused. To address the inconvenience, we proactively reached out via email and took steps beyond our standard policies to ensure a positive resolution. We’re glad to note that you expressed satisfaction with these efforts. We hope this gesture reflects our dedication to ensuring a positive experience for every customer. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our products and services. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, Love Aero Team 💘

Hi Ana, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate hearing from customers who have experienced our products firsthand. At Love Aero, we take quality very seriously. Every piece we create is designed with care, and we work hard to deliver jewelry that is both beautiful and long-lasting. We confidently stand behind our commitment to making things right when issues arise. In your case, once you informed us of the concerns with tarnishing, our customer service team promptly arranged a replacement at no additional cost, which was successfully delivered to you on November 18, 2025. We believe this demonstrates that we stand behind our customers and our products. Our goal has never been to compete with mass marketplaces. Instead, we focus on unique designs, thoughtful craftsmanship, and responsive after-sales support. While these factors do influence pricing, they also allow us to offer a level of service and accountability that discount platforms simply do not provide. For instance, we understand how frustrating tarnishing can be, which is why we continuously improve our materials and production processes. In addition, we proudly offer a free Lifetime Color Warranty, which is something many other companies do not offer to their customers. This warranty ensures that if your Love Aero piece experiences color issues for any reason, you can have it replaced at no additional cost. We also provide care instructions to help customers get the best possible longevity from their jewelry. We’re glad you find the designs cute, and we truly hope the replacement pieces better meet your expectations. Thank you for sharing your feedback. It helps us grow and improve. Please know that we’re always here if you need further assistance. Warm regards, Love Aero Team 💘

Hi Paula, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly understand your concern and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry for the frustration and disappointment you felt regarding the shipping origin. Your experience and expectations matter to us. To clarify, while most of our orders are fulfilled from our local inventory in the U.S. and Australia, there are instances when a specific item is temporarily unavailable. In those cases, we ship directly from one of our international warehouses so customers can receive their orders as quickly as possible rather than waiting for a restock. We agree that transparency is important, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve how we communicate this information. Your order was placed on October 12, 2025, and was successfully delivered on October 25, 2025, and which is within our stated processing and shipping timeframe. These details are outlined on our Shipping Information page, which is publicly available in the footer of our website. Also, your tracking information was sent to you via email, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress every step of the way. We understand that not knowing the shipping origin upfront can be disappointing, and we apologize for any confusion this caused. We hope the quality of the items met your expectations. If you have any questions or concerns, our support team is always here to help. We truly appreciate you giving us a chance and hope to serve you again in the future. Warm regards, Love Aero Team 💘
