I placed an order on the 9th. The tracking number has no information on it. Informed delivery did have it as being shipp3d but the number disappeared. I feel like i have been scammed. Fortunately I do not live far from their office in Dallas. I give them.a week if nothing is received I will stop by.

I ordered a few things didn’t get some of them and was sent things I didn’t order or like. By the second day one already broke Been trying to get a response from these people and getting nothing. People BEWARE

This company is a SCAM! The crap is shipped from China and they ship incorrectly. Customer Service is a joke. They shipped incorrect items and refuse to fix the issue!!!! Please listen to me and DO NOT use this company. They are complete scammers.

I ordered the 7pcs bundle, i only received one pair of earring that is so cheaply made...this is a big fat SCAM.

Ordered items after reviewing return policy/exchange policy. Had an issue with one of my items as had a defect. Attempted to exchange and was told I could pay for the shipping. Refused additional cost and decided to return the entire order for a refund. Multiple emails back and forth as they send multiple offers for partial refund situations. Had to dispute with my credit card in the end.

I was blocked from their page for sharing my experience. If that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know I don’t know what will. I had an Awful experience. I was really excited but there was zero customer support over missing items, the jewlry that did show up is cheaply made and I reached out asking for an update on missing items and got nothing in return. They said “oh it was out of stock but we are sending it” but then didn’t help with the other missing items. I would avoid if I were you

Order came in on the 20th day. After waiting so long one bracelet came all scratched. Another bracelet plus three necklaces the clasp doesn’t close completely so the necklace comes right out. One of the rings in three days turned my finger green. Gave my mother a bracelet and hers as well seems to be loosing its color already, like it’s turning brown the gold is faded and this is now within four days. When I emailed them they replied with something that had nothing to do with my complaint and wanting a refund. Emailed them three more times and still no response. No one should buy from here they’re scammers. If I knew it was coming from china I would have never ordered from here in the first place.

This company is awful! My pieces tarnished quickly. I wanted to use my lifetime guarantee that they boast. They’ll replace the piece for a shipping and handling fee that is the same as you originally paid. I argued with them for forever! They have no true customer service. Total scam.
