I love the products but you're shipping is nightmare. Both times I bought things from you it's taken at least 3to 4 weeks .But you're tracking system doesn't update so I'm not sure if it is lost or was delivered somewhere else

I placed an order on the 9th. The tracking number has no information on it. Informed delivery did have it as being shipp3d but the number disappeared. I feel like i have been scammed. Fortunately I do not live far from their office in Dallas. I give them.a week if nothing is received I will stop by.

I love Love Aero, all their jewelry pieces are amazing! They don’t tarnish nor loose their gold color, and their costumer service is nice, i got a problem with one of my pieces and they fixed it with ease

This company is a SCAM! The crap is shipped from China and they ship incorrectly. Customer Service is a joke. They shipped incorrect items and refuse to fix the issue!!!! Please listen to me and DO NOT use this company. They are complete scammers.
