I have pieces I really love that I’ve purchased from Love Aero. I have purchased 20+ items over the last three months. When they’ve arrived, I’ve been impressed with the shine, the weight, and the apparent sturdiness of the items. I’d rate them a 4/5 for quality items and a 5/5 for value for the money. On the downside, the domestic address was misleading because it made me expect the items would arrive quicker than they have. Each order I’ve placed takes 3-4 weeks to arrive, and all of them have come from China. I don’t have a problem with international orders. I just wish they were more upfront about the process. I’d rate them a 2/10 for delivery timeliness. Additionally, out of 20+ items I dearly love, there are three I had trouble with and I’ve been coordinating with customer support for nearly one month with no replacement/exchange yet. Customer service should definitely flush out a more efficient process for responding to customer complaints/concerns. I’d rate them a 1/10 for customer service. One month to resolve a complaint is too long. Overall, the quality of the majority of the items is awesome, and the value for the money is also very good. Out of 4 categories I rated, they average 3/5 rating.

AMENDMENT 7/30/26 Customer support was helpful and immediately I was refunded. Appreciate the follow up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Delivery was from CHINA. Over (21) days to receive. All bracelets are different sizes. One size for a child, one size for a teenager’s wrist. Not one bracelet was for a Woman/Adult’s wrist. I have written within their App NO RESPONSE. I have, separately, emailed 3x’s. AGAIN NO response. NOT as stated their Love Aero Policy (“Will respond within days”) - - -

Ordered with LoveAero May 2026; received my items 2 weeks later. The bangles I ordered were too large. I contacts customer service every day for 1 week to obtain an exchange for the smaller size and have not received a single response back. It was horrible, like it's a ghost company. Very frustrated. [1 star] Update review July 2026- This is an addendum to my previous review from June 2026. I received an email from LoveAero customer service where they informed me they did infact email me back and that there must have been some unfortunate issue where I did not receive their response. They also sent a screen shot of their attempt to reach out to me. I looked through my trash/spam boxes and never received their email but for aome reason the messages never came through. Nonetheless, they promptly rectified the problem and were able to send me a replacement for the bangles which I have since received. I am grateful for their response and assistance. Willing to consider shopping with them in the future.

My original review was 1 star, I have amended it to 3 simply because their customer service reached out to ask about the problem & offered to work with me and replace my defective item. I wasn’t happy with all of the items period and asked to return them. They offered a refund. They also asked me to delete my review afterwards- I won’t do that. Refunding me doesn’t take away that I waited awhile to get jewelry from China that looked and felt subpar (and included a defective necklace). Their customer service earned them stars back but I overall was not happy with my experience or my products and feel it’s important for others to know.

I am tired!!!!! I placed my order on 2/6/2026 and emailed them in 2/16/2026 because the crappy tracking website said it hasn’t left china. They answered saying that it was going to be fulfilled within their time blah blah blah…. Well, today is 2/26/2026 and NOTHING I don’t have a piece of jewelry nor an email and surprise surprise the tracking website continues to says the package still in china!!!!! For God sake, I just hope this isn’t a scam and that I’ve lost my money. *Update 3/02/2026* Got the jewelry!!!!! After what seemed an eternity the pieces came. They sent 2 different packages due to availability which was fine to me (something is better than nothing). When it comes to communicating about your order they are awful but since I gave them a bad review here they have been now on my email quite persistently requesting me to edit or delete my review. Bottom line: jewelry is cute, pieces are ok for what we paid for them, great news: they haven’t tarnished, the quality is fine we just gotta be delicate like with any other jewelry and that’s it. The company is not a fraud, you will receive your pieces and you will like them just be prepared to deal with non responsive customer service and very long waiting time.

After my order being lost during shipping for over 3 weeks, I received a replacement order. Shipping is quite long, but it came from China. The product is OK. It has an odd gold color to it. Can't say I would order more pieces.

Very cute jewelry but they do tarnish and start to look like any other made in china product. Same quality as Temu except More expensive

I am giving this site an initial review of 3 stars because of everything I could find nothing said my order would be shipped from China but rather US,Australia yet today's shipping confirmation says China. I can't comment on the quality yet. But I am disappointed of the lack of transparency on their part.
