Hello Serven, Unfortunately until now this review is not valid. We have been unable to locate any order associated with your name in our system. In order to assist and investigate the matter properly, we reached out to you through Trustpilot, requesting additional details such as an order number, email address used for the purchase, or any relevant information that would help us identify the transaction. However, TrustPilot has not received any of the requested information, and you have declined to provide further details. Without this information, we are unable to verify that a purchase was made from our store. Because we cannot find any record of an order associated with your name and no supporting information has been provided from you, we are unable to validate this review. We remain fully committed to resolving any genuine customer concerns and would be more than happy to assist if verifiable order details are shared with us. If you have indeed placed an order with us, please provide the order number or the email address used during checkout so we can investigate and assist you right away. Warm regards, Love Aero Team 💘

Hi Ana, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly understand how frustrating this situation must have felt, especially with the limited movement reflected in the tracking updates and we sincerely apologize for the stress and concern it caused. To provide some clarity and reassurance, your order was placed on February 5, 2026. While our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, we experienced a slight delay due to higher-than-usual demand. Additionally, some items in your order temporarily went out of stock. To avoid further delays and ensure you receive available items as soon as possible, we split your order into two separate shipments. The first package was successfully delivered on March 2, 2026, and the second package followed shortly after, delivered on March 8, 2026. Tracking links were also sent via email so you could monitor their progress along the way. Your feedback is incredibly important to us. We're actively working on improving our processing times and ensuring more accurate and timely tracking updates to prevent situations like this moving forward. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out; we’re always here to help. Warm regards, Love Aero Team 💘

Hi Ivy, Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the disappointment you experienced, as that is never the kind of experience we want any of our customers to have. After reviewing your case, we noticed the representative who assisted you at the time was new and was not yet fully familiar with all of our products, policies and internal resolution protocols. That is on us, not on you. In this case, we should have offered you the option of a replacement free of charge or a full refund for the item. Unfortunately, you were not presented with these options, which we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may have caused. Our intention is always to resolve issues fairly and ensure our customers feel supported when something goes wrong. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback helps us improve how we handle similar situations moving forward. If you’re open to it, we would still be glad to work with you toward a fair resolution. You can reach us directly at [email protected]. Warm regards, Love Aero Team 💘

Hello Adriana, Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter publicly. After you reported the broken jewelry on January 4, 2026, our team promptly reviewed your concern and provided assistance. Our records indicate that this order was placed on August 22, 2025, which is well outside our clearly stated 30-day worry-free guarantee. Despite this, our customer service team went beyond our standard policy by offering you a free replacement, where you only had to cover a small shipping fee. You chose not to proceed with this option, and we respect your decision. Furthermore, we are a US company and respectfully disagree with the characterization of our jewelry as a “one-time use.” Thousands of customers continue to wear and enjoy our pieces daily. When issues are reported within 30 days after receiving an order, products are covered under our 30-day worry-free guarantee. In which any defective product is replaced completely for free at no additional cost. We even cover the shipping fee, so the customer pays nothing out of pocket. We value the time you took to share your feedback and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to understand your perspective. We wish you the best moving forward. Warm regards, Love Aero Team 💘
