Had to request a refund after a mistake in signing up for a free trial, but they were incredibly helpful and friendly and sorted it out very quickly. I'm really impressed.

Loona is the only relaxation app I've found that uses interactive things called sleepscapes. Stories and sound alone just don't do it for me, though Loona has that too. I need both visuals and sound, and even better when I can engage. Support was also very helpful in resolving any issues. Highly recommended!

This company will charge you full year subscription even if you cancel during the free trial. I disputed the charge, got a refund and they charged me again! SCAM!!!

Loóna provided a very relaxing and cozy experience, which made it easier for me to wind down and get to sleep. I've struggled with insomnia for over a decade, and Loóna has succeeded in doing what medication failed to do effectively.

A perfect App/Game. I love the Landscapes/Houses/Pictures, the Music, the Voices, the Storys, that all... I am almost a Junkie for this Game. Make a Book with this, the Storys and painted Pictures, where a Dream for Loònalovers 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 go ahead with this

First of all I just want to say this is one of the very few apps that have genuinely impressed me! I’m usually very skeptical about how effective apps can be on calming anxiety and helping with sleep but with Loóna I haven’t been able to finish one single sleep scape because I fall asleep within the first 5 minutes. Every single thing about this app is beautiful. Starting from the concept to the graphics to the stories and the authors…. Even though I can’t currently afford memberships, I can assure you it’s well deserving of being an app that charges you. Sooner or later I will join the membership and I wouldn’t ever stop using it really helps with my anxiety and it helps me get a wonderful sleep. Customer service is so helpful, they replied within 24 hours. Resolved the issue and we’re very helpful.

BEWARE -- LOONA DOESN'T HONOR THE TRIAL PERIOD!! Here is my biggest problem: There are MANY other apps that must take your pay information before hand but HONOR the fact that you have 7 days (+/-) to decide if you like the app and can continue. Once you authorize the payment, your money is taken out and they say "your subscription has started - cancel anytime!" but the only thing you get back is the approx $9 for the TRIAL... the rest is "no refund is available" hey thanks though! Have a nice life.' A definite reminder to me about fine print -- and that Latin phrases like "Caveat Emptor" or "Buyer BEWARE" really do have staying power for a reason.
