They say don’t sweat the fine print BUT you should read it and be aware that even if you do an “exchange” you are charged for return shipping not to mention the glasses DO NOT fit as when you “virtually tried on”, 2 pairs were this way and I was charged a transaction fee for my return. Wasted $20 for nothing!!! I ended up just going to a local optometrist and found reading glasses and had them put in nicer lenses! The company takes at least two business days maybe three to respond to any messages.

look out this company is bad bad bad! my first order 2 out of 3 pairs were totally blurry online exchange did not work They would not pick up when i tried calling. do not buy from this company unless you enjoy being ripped off and frustrated i will start looking at reviews before i purchase

I should have read these reviews first! Look Optic didn’t send one of the pairs of two I ordered in the right color. I even have my original order form. I contacted them and I’m waiting for response. As a customer I should not have to pay for their mistake! The quality is cheap so not satisfied with that for the price payed. I wait for their response but they should have contacted me before assuming I wanted the other color of sun progressives they sent! Not a happy customer right now!

I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience with Look Optic. The glasses I received were not to my liking, and as per the return policy, I immediately contacted customer service for a return authorization. Despite several attempts to reach out, I never received a response. Due to this lack of customer service, I strongly do not recommend ordering from Look Optic.

Received my order right away but the item in the box is not what I ordered. Contacted them and received a reply right away. Told me the correct item was shipped and should be delivered to me the next day. Here we are a week later and no glasses. I have emailed 3x (still no reply) and tried calling their customer service number (goes to obscure voicemail). The Chat feature on their website does not work. EXTREMELY disappointed. Will file a claim with my credit card company and never do business with them again. Celebrity endorsements will not save this company!

I am thoroughly upset with the service and quality provided by LOOKOPTIC. I purchased a pair of progressive glasses that caused me severe headaches. While the website advertises “free returns,” I was shocked to find out I had to pay out of pocket to return a product that didn't work for me (I wouldn't have bought them if I thought I had to pay to do so). Despite this frustrating experience, I decided to give the brand another chance and ordered a pair of regular readers. Less than two months later, the arm broke despite normal, careful use. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and chat, only to be met with repeated, unhelpful responses from what seemed like a chatbot. A week has gone by, and I still have no confirmation of whether they are sending a replacement or even addressing the issue. For glasses that cost $101, I expect far better quality and customer service. These didn’t even last as long as a $12 pair from a drugstore. The experience has been nothing short of horrible, and I feel completely let down by both the product and the company. LOOKOPTIC, I demand a proper resolution: a replacement or refund, and a genuine effort to improve your customer service. Until then, I absolutely cannot recommend this brand to anyone.

The top portion is distorted. Can I return them?

I was really excited to purchase these glasses through my HSA. I selected 2 business days for extra cost. Four days later, my package wasn't even delivered. I had to call them to report this issue. They issued me a refund for the extra shipping. My glasses came in 8 days later. I ordered the Laurel and Cosmo frames which I will be returning. I've already started the refund process which is also disappointing because they charge you for handling! The glasses are not made for folks with low bridge. They do not have any options on their website for low bridge, and the material is so cheap. I wouldn't recommend this brand. Similar to other reviewers, these are more like very expensive readers than progressive glasses. I have a progressive glasses where the top is me to be able to see out further, and different prescription for reading up close. This brand should really look into reshaping their branding narrative, customer service, and commitments to the customer.
