Excellent, prompt, helpful customer service. I ordered the progressive lens glasses. I understand you need to give your eyes a couple weeks to adjust. If I loved the frame, I would have done that. The frame was almost too lightweight (didn’t feel high quality for the price), it didn’t fit snugly on the bridge of my nose and the arms of the glasses were too long. I liked the shape and color of the eyewear…that’s why I selected the Abbey tortoise progressives. Overall, the process was fine. Unfortunately, the product was not for me.

The quality of the products AND their customer service are UNMATCHED! this is my 5 th pair of readers from them (this time for my husband) and I would not buy from anyone else. Andy and Kiki - who are the ones who I communicated with - are very prompt with their replies on whatever customer service questions you may have. LOVE THIS COMPANY and would recommend it 110%!!! Buy from them, and you will not be disappointed.

I am a first-time customer, and I ordered a pair of glasses. However, I realized that the prescription was lower than what I needed. I emailed the team to let them know, and they were extremely helpful and friendly. I just have to send back the pair, and I will receive a prescription that works for me. I feel very happy with the service!I

I purchased three pairs of glasses online after seeing ads on Instagram. There was an issue with the parcel getting lost and upon contacting the company they immediately resolved the issue. I was blown away with the level of customer service, this was not AI. This was someone who really cares about the product in the company and the customer most of all. I will be purchasing more glasses in the future and definitely recommending Look Optic! Great product, great company.

My order never showed up even though it was marked as delivered and this company was kind and helpful and sent a new package out to me.
